Junior teams work hard at F45 Training Shanghai

In today’s world, we think that football training only on the field is not enough to become a complete football player. Therefore we are a big fan of F45 Training Shanghai.

F45 is a functional indoor training mix circuit & hit style workouts. In one 45 minutes session, You can burn up to 750 calories! The setup consists of 10 stations with all different types of drills helped by a video screen to show the exercise. In total, you need to complete 3 rounds in 45 minutes. In the end, it helps to get more core strength, lean muscle power as well as better mobility. All of this can only benefit our players onto the field.

IMG_3198Our junior teams took this training session seriously… Even our coaches Nick, Pat & Freek joined them in the effort. After the 3 rounds, we all agreed on no more rounds as our legs and muscles were burning hot.

This weekend we will play a friendly game 11 aside against SPIG U17 at the new venue L Sports Park. Hope this special training will give us more strength to better compete!
