Lions always train to improve their game
It was a holiday in China last Wednesday as it was Qinming Festival but the Lions decided to take the opportunity to organize a training session at the great facility of L sports park in Qiantan.
We had a great mix of Multi-National Youth, Senior and Legends players ! This reflect who we are as club as we like to give opportunities to motivated youth players who like to try to get into the first team and gain valuable experience playing with and against adults !
The Legends still play competitive football in Shanghai and it is always good to have experienced players around at trainings !
We had a special session for our two goal keepers Marcel from Germany and Paul who just arrived three weeks ago in Shanghai from the USA. Paul found us through our website.
In our club we like to organize everything by ourselves and for this training session William our new Legend player was willing to run the show !
He set up possession games followed by sprint work outs with and without ball and a passing shooting drill to test our both goal keepers !
We ended the training with a 45 minutes match of high intensity ! It was a beautiful day on a beattiful pitch !

L sports park where we train has top class facilities several real grass fields in perfect condition and Astro turf fields as well great changing rooms and a modern Clubhouse !
