On Sunday we had a large squad while weather and Jinqiao pitch were great. Our goal was to score a lot of goals against the Galacticos. We started well with a quick opening goal from Nicolas soon after Amor scored his first ever Lions goal. Three nil came from an own goal and the 4-0 by Dave came after a president’s assist.

It was 4-0 at half time and in the second half we swapped our goalie Rad into Garret and wanted to play 3 in the back. We played too slow in the second half Rad hit the cross bar with a header and Felix made it 5-0…..but we got a penalty against us 5-1. Azz lobbed over the keeper to make it 6-1 but the Galacticos never give up mentality paid off as they blasted an unstoppable ball past Garret to make the final score 6-2.

We are still 3 points clear on top in the SPL and we will play MMFC next Sunday.
