[ SPL News ] We’re Getting Into the Final Rounds

Amigos and Amigas,

The weather’s slowly warming up, the grass is turning green, and the cafés and bars around the field are buzzing. More and more spectators are turning up to watch our games—life is good in Green City!

Flamenkos 8–0 Galacticos
Flamenkos bounced back strong after their surprise loss to Japan. Joost had a day to remember, netting a hat-trick! Galacticos introduced several new faces, and while the chemistry is still developing, we’re sure they’ll grab a few more points before the season ends.

Lions 0–2 Hawks
The Lions looked a little pale when a “Shenhua-style” Hawks squad showed up… but they actually started well and controlled much of the possession. Hawks capitalized on a break to go 1–0 up. In the second half, the Lions missed two golden chances, which proved costly when the Hawks struck again on the counter. A very competitive and entertaining match!

ERS 7–0 Cowboys
Étoile Rouge are having their best SPL season yet—and they now hold the record for fewest goals conceded (just 10 so far!). The Cowboys held their own for the first 30 minutes, but after that the floodgates opened and ERS took full control.
